&eacute;tats de la mati&egrave;re, car le sucre en poudre est
un produit solide mais qui d'une certaine mani&egrave;re coule
et prend la forme du r&eacute;cipient dans lequel il se trouve
(c'est &agrave; l'&eacute;chelon du grain de sucre qu'il y a bien
correspondance avec l'&eacute;tat solide - visible &agrave; l'oeil
nu -, mais qu'en est-il du grain de talc?). La p&acirc;te slime
que les enfants ont fabriqu&eacute;e ne peut se d&eacute;finir
que comme un produit p&acirc;teux, pas de cristaux, mais pas de
forme propre.</FONT></P>
